Texture Brush Issue

I hadn't used the app for a few days. Today when I went to open it, I added new texture brushes as always. When I added the second texture, and every texture after that, it replaced several areas of texture on the map. I have seen this happen before with a single texture brush, but this issue is new. As I swapped back and forth between the different brushes I had added (4 in total) those areas kept changing. I have included screen grabs to better illustrate. This issue has persisted on this map after closing and reopening the app.
