Background image import

Being able to pull in a background image and maybe able to adjust transparency so you can trace over it in the app. This would allow for some glow ups of the bland black and white maps from some modules while keeping scale. Speaking of scale, this would need the ability to adjust the image to match up to the grid appropriately.
