Pencil Hold Action Menus

Ideally I would be able to long press/hold and be presented with options. Some ideal options would include:

When selecting an object/asset:
Scaling & Rotating
Duplicate
Move Up/Down Layers
Send Top/Bottom Layer
Delete

When selecting a base layer/terrain layer:

Insert object (file browse)
